Returns may be requested within 14 days from date of purchase.
Items must be returned unused, in its original condition & in the original packaging, this will be inspected once received.
Only approved returns will qualify for one of the listed return options;
- Exchange – You can exchange the goods for any other product(s) of the same value. Delivery fees will be for your account over and above the purchase amount.
- Refund – A full refund for the purchase made within 7 days excluding return delivery costs.
- All return collections and delivery is to be arranged by MamaMiya at the cost of the customer.
- Delivery costs are non-refundable
